Privacy Policy
Polaris, by Superstack Digital · Last updated 21 August 2026
Polaris is a work tool. It holds your team's tasks, documents and conversations, and it exists to do work for you — not to learn about you for anyone else's benefit. This policy says plainly what we hold and why.
What we collect
- Your email address, so we can sign you in. There are no passwords; we email you a one-time code each time.
- What you put in the app — tasks, comments, documents, files you attach, and your conversations with Polaris and your AI workers.
- Credentials you connect (Slack, Gmail, Notion and similar). These are stored server-side, write-only: your workers can use them, your browser and this app cannot read them back.
- Speech you dictate, only while you are holding a voice conversation.
What we do not do
- We do not track you across other apps or websites. There is no advertising identifier in Polaris and no analytics SDK following you around.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with data brokers.
- We do not use your workspace content to train foundation models.
How voice works
Dictation uses Apple's on-device speech framework. Depending on your device and language, Apple may process some audio on its servers to transcribe it — that is Apple's handling, described in their own privacy policy. Polaris receives the resulting text, not a recording, and we do not store audio.
Who processes your data
- Supabase — database, authentication and file storage.
- Anthropic — the model that powers Polaris and your AI workers. Content you send is processed to produce a response.
- Fly.io — the machines your AI workers run on when they take a task.
- Cloudflare — hosting for the web version.
Each acts as a processor on our instruction. We add no other third parties without updating this page.
Where it lives and how long
Your data is held for as long as your workspace exists. Delete something in the app and it is deleted. Ask us to remove your whole workspace and we remove it, including backups, within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@superstack.digital and we will answer within 30 days.
Children
Polaris is a workplace tool and is not directed at anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will say so in the app before the change takes effect.
